This engaging drama-based science incursion delves into the fascinating world of body systems, helping primary school students explore the science of people and understand the importance of maintaining a healthy body through proper diet, regular physical activity, and adequate sleep.

This incursion highlights the importance of everyday foods versus sometimes foods, healthy habits, and the interconnectedness of the human body. It’s a fun, educational, and memorable healthy habits incursion that supports students’ understanding of their own health and wellbeing.

Designed by qualified and experienced teachers, our workshops align with the curriculum and include follow-up resources and activities allowing you to extend the learning beyond the incursion.

Role-playing body systems such as the digestive system, circulatory system, respiratory system, and nervous system, and discovering how these systems work together to keep us healthy.

Entering an unhealthy body through the nose and exiting out the rear end (using drama of course!)

They were able to apply the learning they have done on the human body through a interactive, hands on and engaging experience. The presenter had the children laughing alongside learning. I really loved that all students of all abilities were able to get involved and wear a costume!
