Seal, the new student at Wild Primary, faces a tough first day, struggling to make friends as everything seems to go wrong. With the help of kind turtles, she learns to understand her emotions, build resilience and work with others.

In this engaging school transition incursion, every student becomes a different puppet character at Wild Primary, fully immersing themselves in Seal’s journey.

Through this hands-on experience, students deepen their self-awareness and social awareness, fostering empathy, inclusivity and a stronger sense of belonging in their own school community.

How does it work?

Our drama teacher visits your school, delivering 1-hour sessions (up to 5 in a day).
Each session is capped at 30 students to keep engagement high.
Students step into the story as puppet characters, experiencing Seal’s challenges firsthand.
We provide additional teacher resources to reinforce learning after the incursion.
Puppets provided include mice, bears, crocodiles, whales and turtles.
