Cranky-Pants’ Christmas: A Fun and Heartwarming end of year Christmas Incursion
Meet Cranky-Pants, the character who absolutely hates Christmas and wants nothing to do with the festive fun in Tinsel Town. But when he unexpectedly ends up in charge of the town’s Christmas Party, things take an unexpected turn — or so he thinks! Can Christmas really be all about mud pies and black decorations? Not if your students have anything to say about it!
In this Christmas drama incursion, students will work together to show Cranky-Pants the joy, generosity and magic of Christmas. This interactive and engaging Christmas incursion is perfect for Kinder & Year 1’s, encouraging them to embrace the spirit of the holiday season.
How does it work?
During this fun-filled Christmas incursion, your students will dress up as Twinkly Lights, Magicians, Sharing Elves, Love Bugs and Clowns. Through these creative costumes, they’ll teach Cranky-Pants about the importance of kindness, love, laughter and the spirit of giving.
With plenty of opportunities for role-play, creativity, and teamwork, this Christmas drama incursion is designed to help children develop important social and emotional skills. It’s a fantastic way for students to learn the values of sharing and community while celebrating Christmas in a fun, interactive way.
