Delivery times

Delivery times reflect the distance the parcel travels and the remoteness of the location. Victorian customers and other Capital cities within Australia can expect delivery within five (5) working days, remote locations up to ten (10) working days if the items are in stock in the warehouse.

Items not in stock

Costume/dress-up orders may take an additional 10 working days if the item/s are currently not in stock. We will contact you if there is any anticipated delay.

Urgent orders

Once the order leaves our premises, the time taken to deliver will depend on the carrier and the destination. If you require the shortest delivery time possible please specify and we will provide you with an individualized delivery quote.

Overseas customers

Extra delivery charges apply for overseas orders. We will contact all overseas customers with delivery prices before your order is despatched.

Checking your order/returns

Please check your order carefully against your invoice. All returns and claims must be made within 10 working days and be returned unopened in the original packaging. Used or opened goods will not be eligible for a return or refund. Unwanted goods maybe returned if unopened but will incur freight costs.
